Term Deposits definition

Term Deposits means (i) in respect of a Term Deposit that is an Interest-Bearing Deposit, funds deposited with the Bank for fixed periods at fixed interest rates or linked to an underlying reference rate or index and (ii) in respect of a Term Deposit that is a Xxxxx’ah Deposit, funds deposited with the Bank for fixed periods in respect of which profit is earned, such profit calculated using a weightage model based upon tenor and average daily balances subject to each such deposit;
