Term Indenture definition

Term Indenture means any Base Indenture and the Series Supplement to that Base Indenture, entered into by and between any Affiliate of Oportun, as issuer, and Wilmington Trust, National Association or any other Person, as trustee.
Term Indenture means the indenture between California Petroleum and Chemical Trust Company of California pursuant to which the Term Mortgage Notes will be issued.
Term Indenture means the indenture pursuant to which the Term Mortgage Notes will be issued.

Term Indenture means the indenture between California Petroleum and the Indenture Trustee pursuant to which the Term Mortgage Notes will be issued.
