Examples of Term Loan Administrative Agents in a sentence

  • The Term Loan Administrative Agents shall have received a solvency certificate in the form of Exhibit J from a Responsible Officer of the Parent with respect to the solvency of the Parent and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, after giving effect to the Transactions.
