Term of this Site Lease definition

Term of this Site Lease or “Term” means the time during which this Site Lease is in effect, as provided for in Section 3 of this Site Lease.

  • The Term of this Site Lease shall terminate as of the last day of the Sublease, provided the District has paid to Lessee, or its assignee, all payments that may be due under the Construction Services Agreement and Sublease, and provided that this Site Lease has not been terminated pursuant to the termination provisions of the Sublease.

  • In consideration for the lease of the Site by the District to Lessee and for other good and valuable consideration, Lessee shall pay to the District one dollar ($1.00) per year, or any portion of a year that this Site Lease is in effect, within thirty (30) days of the end of the Term of this Site Lease.

  • The District shall not mortgage, sell, assign, transfer or convey the Site or any part thereof to any person during the Term of this Site Lease, without the written consent of the Lessee.

  • The District reserves the right for any of its duly authorized representatives to use the Project during the Term of this Site Lease or Sublease and enter upon the Site at any reasonable time to inspect the same or to make any repairs, improvements or changes necessary for the preservation thereof, but in doing so shall not interfere with the Lessee’s operations on the Project.

  • The Term of this Site Lease shall terminate as of the last day of the Sublease, unless sooner terminated as provided thereby.

  • During the Term of this Site Lease, the District shall hold title to the Site and obtain title to the Project from the Lessee, including any and all additions which comprise improvements, fixtures, repairs, replacements or modifications, as such improvements are built and paid for pursuant to the Construction Services Agreement with full title vesting in the District to all improvements upon the end of the Term of this Site Lease.

  • Pursuant to Lessee’s Due Diligence, as further described in Article 5 of the Construction Services Agreement, Lessee has determined the Term of this Site Lease which shall extend at least until the Punch List is completed under Article 13 of the Construction Services Agreement.

  • The District shall not mortgage, sell, assign, transfer, or convey the Site or any part thereof to any person during the Term of this Site Lease without the written consent of Xxxxxx.

Related to Term of this Site Lease

  • Site Lease or “Lease” means the Site Lease of even date herewith, by and between the District and the Lessor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment thereto under which the District leases the Site to the Lessor.

  • Lease Term means the term of this Lease which shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the period specified in Section J of the Summary.

  • Major Lease shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • the Lease means the lease of the said land to be granted by the Lessor to the Lessee pursuant to clause 2.1;

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.
