Examples of Terminal Accounting and Settlement in a sentence

  • In the event that, subsequent to the Terminal Accounting and Settlement as provided above, a change is made with respect to any amounts due, a supplementary accounting will take place pursuant to Paragraph 3 above.

  • In the event this Agreement is terminated or all of the Riders reinsured under this Agreement are recaptured, the parties shall have no further obligations under this Agreement after a Terminal Accounting and Settlement has taken place as forth below, except as specified in Article XII.
