Terminal Funding Business definition

Terminal Funding Business means group annuity contracts which provide guaranteed payments to a designated group of participants under a group benefit plan. These contracts are characterized by a single premium followed by a stream of annuity benefit payments. Terminal Funding Business excludes contracts listed in Schedule D.
