Remaining Business definition

Remaining Business means all IAC Businesses other than the Spun Businesses.
Remaining Business means whichever of the Operating Systems Business and the Applications Businesses is not transferred to a separate entity pursuant to the Plan.
Remaining Business means all the undertakings, businesses, activities, investments and their respective assets and liabilities of the Transferor Company other than those forming part of the India Human Formulations Undertaking pursuant to this Scheme.

More Definitions of Remaining Business

Remaining Business means all the undertakings, businesses, activities and operations (including all investments) of the Demerged Company other than those comprised in the Demerged Undertaking;
