Terminal Illness Benefit definition

Terminal Illness Benefit refers to the benefit as set out in clause 4.1. “TPD” refers to such total and permanent disability as defined in clause 3.2. “TPD Benefit” refers to the benefit as set out in clause 3.1.
Terminal Illness Benefit means the benefit specified in Clause 6.7.
Terminal Illness Benefit means the amount we pay on diagnosis of a Terminal Illness which we specify in the Schedule as such.

Examples of Terminal Illness Benefit in a sentence

  • The Death Benefit, Terminal Illness Benefit or Total and Permanent Disability Benefit provided on the Basic Policy, as the case may be.

  • For claims under the Terminal Illness Benefit Rider, the reinsurance benefit is the Reinsurer's proportionate share of the terminal illness benefit payable (the death benefit less the Ceding Company's discount percentage and subject to the Ceding Company's cap on dollar amount or percentage of the total death benefit payable to the insured).

  • If the Terminal Illness Benefit payable is less than the Death Benefit, the Death Benefit will be automatically reduced by the amount paid for the Terminal illness.

More Definitions of Terminal Illness Benefit

Terminal Illness Benefit means any benefit payable as a result of either of the Settlors suffering terminal illness as defined in the Plan.
