Terminated Player definition

Terminated Player means a Contract Player whose contract has been unilaterally terminated by her Club or mutually terminated by agreement between the Club and Contract Player.

  • Terminated Without Cause means termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company other than due to death, disability, or Termination for Cause.
