Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term of condition, implied or imposed by any legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, as amended by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (the “UTCA”) (a “Non-Excludable Provision”).
This Limited Warranty is given additionally to the customer’s rights and guarantees (to the extent applicable) that cannot be waived under applicable English law (including, but not limited to, those rights that cannot be waived under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Protection Act 1987, the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 and the Unfair Trading Regulations 2008).

These Conditions shall be without prejudice to the absolute legal prohibitions against exclusion and restriction of liability contained in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 or any other statute.
Thereafter save as set out in clause 8 hereof and subject to the provisions of the Supply of Goods (Implied Terms) Act 1973 (as amended) the Company gives no warranty that anything supplied by it is fit for any purpose other than the normal purpose for which it is customarily supplied or that its quality, if new, is other than as warranted by the manufacturer, or if not new and has been inspected by the aforesaid is any better than can be expected for the price paid.
