Credit may be withdrawn for Hirers failing to make payments or use the Equipment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Hire and a statement may be issued at that time requiring payment within 7 days of any amount due and owing.
Access may at any time vary the Hire Agreement, including these Terms and Conditions of Hire, by giving the Hirer 14 days' written notice of its intention to do so.
This edition of the Terms and Conditions of Hire replaces and supersedes all of Access' previously issued Terms and Conditions of Hire.
The Hire Agreement, including these Terms and Conditions of Hire and the relevant credit application and Hire Docket (or other order documentation approved by Access in respect of the Equipment), comprises the entire agreement between the parties.

The contract to which these General Terms and Conditions of Hire relate shall be governed by English law and the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
A person who is not a Party to the contract to which these General Terms and Conditions of Hire relate has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the contract.
All notices to be given under the contract to which these General Terms and Conditions of Hire relate shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand or sent by registered post or facsimile to the party concerned at the address set overleaf or such other address as one party may from time to time designate by written notice to the other.
YPRL reserves the right to terminate a booking and expel the Hirer including the Hirer’s invitees and guests due to any breach of YPRL’s Terms and Conditions of Hire and/or misconduct by persons in the space at its sole discretion.
