Application of the Convention. Where this Convention provides for a tax exemption in a State conditionally under a certain length of time, that State shall only levy tax after the length of time has elapsed unless it was known beforehand that the period would be surpassed.
Application of the Convention. BINUH, its property, funds and assets and its members, including the Special Representative, shall enjoy the privileges and immunities specified in the present Agreement and in the Convention.

Application of the Convention. 1. This Convention shall apply to investments existing in the territories of the Contracting Parties at the date of their entry into force, as well as those which take place after that date.
2. This agreement shall not apply to claims or proceedings initiated prior to its entry into force.

This Agreement shall apply to all investments made before or after the date of its entry into force, but the provisions of this Agreement shall not oblige the contracting parties with respect to any act or fact that took place or any situation that ceased to exist before its entry into force.
2. The provisions of this Agreement shall not apply to investments by natural or legal persons who are nationals of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party if such persons, at the time of the investment, have been domiciled for more than two years in the latter Contracting Party, unless it is proved that the investment was admitted in its territory from abroad.
