Tertiary Source definition
Tertiary Source. Indicate the tertiary (3rd level) source for prices for the security type. If an Investment Manager is a pricing source, please specify explicitly. Pricing Logic: Indicate the price type to be referenced for the security type: Ask, Bid, Close, Evaluated, Last, Official Close etc.- Please note that the closing price reported by an exchange (which may sometimes be referred to by the exchange or one or more pricing agents as the "official close", the "official closing price" or other similar term) will be taken to be the "most recent sale price" for purposes of this section. In these instances, it is believed to be representative of the value at the close of the exchange.
