Test Performance Report definition

Test Performance Report means the report to be delivered, not later than each Test Calculation Date (or Monthly Test Calculation Date, after the occurance of a breach of Test), by the Test Calculation Agent pursuant to the terms of the Cover Pool Management Agreement.
Test Performance Report means the report to be delivered, on each Calculation Date and/or Monthly Calculation Date and/or on any other day on which the Test Performance Report is to be delivered pursuant to the provisions of the Cover Pool Administration Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, by the Calculation Agent pursuant to the terms of the Cover Pool Administration Agreement.

On each Pre-Maturity Test Date prior to the service of a Notice to Pay, the Calculation Agent will determine if the Issuer satisfies the Pre-Maturity Test, and, if the Pre-Maturity Test is not so satisfied, it shall immediately notify the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Representative of Covered Bondholders thereof.
