Test Programs definition

Test Programs means the source code and object code of the programs identified in Schedule 2, Schedule 3 and Schedule 4 together with such Updates, if any, as are developed by or for ARM.

  • With respect to each telecast of a Program, FSN shall not (A) provide national or regional commercial inventory to more than one (1) Tutorial Advertiser, and (B) provide more than four (4) thirty-second (:30) spots to such Tutorial Advertiser; provided, however, solely with respect to the initial telecast of each of the Test Programs, FSN agrees that such initial telecasts shall not contain any Tutorial Advertisers in national or regional commercial inventory.

  • Test Plan means a plan for the Testing of the or Deliverables and other agreed criteria related to the achievement of Milestones as described further in paragraph 4 of Call Off Schedule 4;
