Test Script means a test or sequence of tests created for BETTA Testing and published on the BSC Website in which some or all of the Test Participants participate;

Examples of Test Script in a sentence

  • Acceptance Tests – The tests that are conducted using the Acceptance Test Script, as applicable, to determine there are no Failures for 90 (unless otherwise specified) consecutive work days, that must be satisfied before Acceptance can occur, and that are incorporated herein by this reference.

  • Food Scraps means those Discarded Materials that will decompose and/or putrefy including: (i) all kitchen and table Food Waste; (ii) animal or vegetable waste that is generated during or results from the storage, preparation, cooking or handling of food stuffs; (iii) fruit waste, grain waste, dairy waste, meat, and fish waste; and, (iv) vegetable trimmings, houseplant trimmings and other Compostable Organic Waste common to the occupancy of Residential dwellings. If by 5:00 p.m. (London time), on the second Business Day immediately following any RFR Reference Day, the applicable RFR Rate in respect of such RFR Reference Day has not been published on the applicable RFR Administrator’s Website and a Benchmark Replacement Date with respect to the applicable Daily Simple RFR has not occurred, then the RFR Rate for such RFR Reference Day will be the RFR Rate as published in respect of the first preceding RFR Business Day for which such RFR Rate was published on the RFR Administrator’s Website; provided that any RFR Rate as determined pursuant to this sentence shall be utilized for purposes of calculating the Daily Simple RFR for no more than three consecutive RFR Interest Days. Any change in Daily Simple RFR due to a change in the applicable RFR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in such RFR Rate without notice to the Borrower.
