Test Suites definition

Test Suites means The Open Group Shell and Utilities (VSC-PCTS2016) test suite and its associated test framework, and all whole or partial copies of them. The Test Suites consist of machine- readable instructions, their components, data, documentation and manuals and related licensed materials.

  • This License applies only to versions of Products that have successfully completed the compliance testing in accordance with the Java Test Suites (or Technology Compatibility Kit or TCK) as defined in the SATCK, and which otherwise fully comply with all other compliance requirements of the SATCK, including without limitation any required audit of test results.

  • SLI processes the test data by manually recording input data into each pertinent module within the Test Suites as well as the exact output that is generated, e.g., the vote counts when the data is consolidated.

  • This exclusion also applies to any of THE OPEN GROUP's subcontractors, suppliers or Test Suites developers (collectively called "Suppliers").

  • The Security Test Suites are SLI’s tests for verifying that a voting system will correspond to requirements in VVSG Volume 1, Section 7.

  • There is no charge for use of the Test Suites for the duration of this license.

  • Most common is a script to automate running the RTEMS Test Suites on the BSP.

Related to Test Suites

  • Combustion turbine means an enclosed fossil or other fuel-fired device that is comprised of a compressor, a combustor, and a turbine, and in which the flue gas resulting from the combustion of fuel in the combustor passes through the turbine, rotating the turbine.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Pilot or "Payment in Lieu of Tax" shall mean any payment made to the Agency or an affected tax jurisdiction equal to all or a portion of the real property taxes or other taxes which would have been levied by or on behalf of an affected tax jurisdiction with respect to a project but for tax exemption obtained by reason of the involvement of the Agency in such project, but such term shall not include Agency fees.
