Testing Specifications definition

Testing Specifications shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit D.
Testing Specifications means the testing procedures and specifications with respect to the receipt of the Materials, as set forth in Exhibit E as the same may be amended by the Parties from time to time.

More Definitions of Testing Specifications

Testing Specifications means the corresponding testing procedures and testing specifications with respect to each of the Product, Avadel Material, and Other Material (as may be amended by written agreement of the Parties from time to time) utilized to ensure the Product, Avadel Material, and Other Material comply with the respective Product Specifications, Avadel Material Specifications, and Other Material Specifications.
Testing Specifications means, for each Product, the testing procedures and specifications with respect to the production of such Product covered by this Agreement as such Testing Specifications are in effect on the date hereof as documented in the applicable Regulatory Approvals, and as such Testing Specifications may be changed by Supplier or Purchaser during the Term but only in accordance with the terms hereof.
Testing Specifications means, with respect to the Product, the testing procedures and specifications applicable to the receipt of Seattle Genetics Material and Other Material used in the manufacture of the Product, as in effect on the Effective Date and as the same may be revised by mutual written agreement of the Parties during the Term.
Testing Specifications means a specific master document that lists the testing parameters, references to analytical procedures and their SPECIFICATIONS; types of TESTING SPECIFICATIONS include but are not limited to the WCB, in-process controls, DRUG SUBSTANCE, DRUG PRODUCT and raw materials.

Related to Testing Specifications

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.
