The Award of work or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Work Order on the bidder.

Examples of The Award of work in a sentence

  • The Award of work shall be done in accordance with Clause No. 23 of IFB of this Document.

  • Award Agreement means the written or electronic agreement setting forth the terms and provisions applicable to each Award granted under the Plan. The Award Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
