The Contracts Register definition

The Contracts Register means the register maintained by Commercial Services in accordance with Rule 17.84 recording each and every contract entered into by the Council.

  • Rights Register shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 2.6(a);

  • International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;

  • Record Documents mean the drawing set, Specifications, and other materials maintained by Contractor that documents all addenda, Architect’s Supplemental Instructions, Change Orders and postings and markings that record the as-constructed conditions of the Work and all changes made during construction.

  • Central Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.

  • Advanced practice registered nurse means an advanced

  • Claims Register means the official register of Claims maintained by the Notice and Claims Agent.

  • Bond Register means the books for the registration, transfer and exchange of Bonds kept at the office of the Bond Registrar.

  • Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-­‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.

  • Company Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or filed in the name of, the Company.
