Landing Fees definition

Landing Fees means the fees described in Article 8.
Landing Fees means those fees, calculated by multiplying the Landing Fee Rate by the Maximum Landed Weight (1,000 lb. units) established to pay the Airfield Area Cost Center Requirement.
Landing Fees means all fees due to the Department based on the pounds of fish or value of fish landed.

Examples of Landing Fees in a sentence

  • An airline incentive agreement may provide for the waiver of Landing Fees, gate usage charges, or other applicable fees and charges for a prescribed period of time.

  • The amount of the Security Deposit for Cargo Carriers shall be equivalent to (i) three (3) months of Airline’s estimated Landing Fees, plus (ii) three (3) months of estimated charges for Airline’s use of Common Use Hardstands.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event there occur two (2) defaults in the payment of Landing Fees, Terminal Rent or other rate or charge due under this Agreement in any twelve (12) month period, thereafter Airline shall not be entitled to, and Port shall have no obligation to give, notice of any further payment defaults.

More Definitions of Landing Fees

Landing Fees means the landing fees payable by Lessee as provided in Section 6.08 hereof.
Landing Fees means those fees charged for landing an aircraft, as more particularly described in Section 14.2.
Landing Fees consists of all airport landing fees, Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF) charges or similar charges, apron fees, and any other fees charged by airport operators to cover airfield costs or other airport facilities. Unscheduled flights operated by Contractor for aircraft repositioning, maintenance or any purpose other than carrying revenue passengers will not be reimbursed.
Landing Fees means those amounts payable by Airline which shall be calculated with respect to each one thousand (1,000) pounds of Gross Landing Weight by airline type as certified by the FAA, for land- ings of aircraft operated by Airline and/or Airline’s designated Affiliated Airlines at the Airport.
Landing Fees means those amounts payable by AIRLINE which shall be calculated with respect to each 1,000 pounds of Certified Maximum Landing Weight as certified by the FAA, for actual landings of aircraft type operated by AIRLINE and/or AIRLINE’s designated Affiliate Airline(s) when flying on behalf of AIRLINE at the Airport; provided, however, that Landing Fees shall not be payable when an aircraft returns to the Airport after take off from the Airport due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, or other emergency or precautionary reasons.
Landing Fees means the fees levied for the use of the Airport for all landings and take offs of aircraft.
Landing Fees means the fees calculated as further described in Section 4.1.
