Therapeutic pharmaceutical agents definition

Therapeutic pharmaceutical agents means topically administered and prescribed pharmaceutical agents for treatment of ocular-related disorders or disease, locally administered pharmaceutical agents for primary eye care procedures, oral anti­ infective agents, oral antihistaminic agents, and oral analgesics for the treatment of ocular-related disorders or diseases. The dispensing of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents is not permitted under this chapter.
Therapeutic pharmaceutical agents means topical ocular pharmaceutical drugs used for the investigation, diagnosis or prevention of disease, injury or other abnormal condition of the eye.
Therapeutic pharmaceutical agents means therapeutic pharmaceutical agents as defined in the Regulation.
