Third Option to Extend definition

Third Option to Extend means Borrower’s option, subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2.11, to extend the term of the Loan from the Second Extended Maturity Date to the Third Extended Maturity Date. Loan No. 1005062
Third Option to Extend. – means Borrower’s option, subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2.10, to extend the term of the Loan from the Second Extended Maturity Date to the Third Extended Maturity Date.
Third Option to Extend has the meaning given that term in Section 2.10.

Examples of Third Option to Extend in a sentence

  • In the event Tenant exercises its Third Option to Extend as provided for in Paragraph 3 above, the following amendments (contained within Paragraphs 9 through 19) are herein made to the Lease to be effective upon the commencement of the third option period (“Third Option Period”), or during any period following expiration of the Lease Term or expiration of the Lease when Tenant is in possession of the Premises.

  • Option to Build means the option of the New Service Customer to build certain Customer- Funded Upgrades, as set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the Construction Service Agreement.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.
