Third Party Agency definition

Third Party Agency means the independent agency appointed for conduct of third party sampling in accordance with Clause 9;
Third Party Agency means any agency, if/as appointed by TENDERER for monitoring the Project during commissioning and operation.
Third Party Agency means any agency, if/as appointed by state government for monitoring the GSWAN during commissioning and operation.
