Copies of the monthly statement / report shall be submitted by the Third Party Agency to (i) the general manager (quality control) of the Seller or his representative; and (ii) the representatives of the Purchaser (in case of rail mode) or the representatives of all the purchasers who have requested for third party sampling (in case of road mode), as applicable.
