Company Members definition

Company Members means the holders of the Company Units, in their capacities as such.
Company Members means Holdco and SubCo.
Company Members mean the holders of the Company Interests issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.

More Definitions of Company Members

Company Members means, collectively, all Persons who hold membership interests in the Company immediately prior to the Company Merger.
