No business shall be transacted at any meeting unless a quorum of Members is present at the time when the meeting proceeds to business; in respect of meetings of the Company, Members holding 50% of Interests, and in respect of meetings of any Series, Members holding 50% of Interests in such Series, present in person or by proxy shall be a quorum.

More Definitions of Company Members
