Third Party IT Provider definition

Third Party IT Provider means an entity contracted by the Provider to provide information technology systems to the Provider that are designed for the purposes of providing the Services.
Third Party IT Provider means an entity contracted by the Provider to provide information technology services to the Provider for the purposes of providing the Services, whether or not the entity is a Subcontractor, and includes as relevant, its Personnel, successor and assigns, and any constituent entities of the Third Party IT Provider's organisation. To avoid doubt, a Third Party IT Provider includes a cloud services provider, an infrastructure as a service provider, a software as a service provider, a platform as a service provider, an applications management provider, and also any provider of infrastructure (including servers and network hardware) used for the purpose of Accessing or storing Records.
Third Party IT Provider means the third party IT provider under this Deed and includes, as relevant, its Personnel, successors and assigns, and any constituent entities of the Third Party IT Provider’s organisation.
