Cloud Services Provider definition

Cloud Services Provider or “CSP” means a third-party provider of Cloud Services to End Users through a network of authorized cloud services resellers.
Cloud Services Provider means a virtual private cloud infrastructure provider. Cloud Service Providers are Third Party Providers with respect to deployment of the Software on your virtual private cloud infrastructure.
Cloud Services Provider shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Annex 4 of Part A (Main) of the Supplier Terms;
