Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.
Text messaging means reading from or entering data into any handheld or other electronic device, including for the purpose of short message service texting, e-mailing, instant messaging, obtaining navigational information, or engaging in any other form of electronic data retrieval or electronic data communication. The term does not include glancing at or listening to a navigational device that is secured in a commercially designed holder affixed to the vehicle, provided that the destination and route are programmed into the device either before driving or while stopped in a location off the roadway where it is safe and legal to park.
online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.
Content Platform means all or any portion of a website containing written, video or photographic commentary, news or discussion on one or more particular topics (such as a blog) and that includes any Influencer Content.
data message means information generated, sent, received or stored by electronic, optical or similar means including, but not limited to, electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic mail, telegram, telex or telecopy;
Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.
Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.
Exchange Message Interface or "EMI" means the format used for exchange of Telecommunications message information among Telecommunications Carriers. It is referenced in the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) document that defines industry guidelines for the exchange of message records.
Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available at http://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.
Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).
Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.
IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.
System with a single service connection means a system which supplies drinking water to consumers via a single service line.
Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
Electronic nicotine delivery system or “(ENDS)” means any device that delivers a vaporized solution (including nicotine, THC, or any other substance) by means of cartridge or other chemical delivery systems. Such definition shall include, but may not be limited to, any electronic cigarette, vape pen, hookah pen, cigar, cigarillo, pipe, or personal vaporizer. ENDS are not FDA-approved nicotine replacement therapy devices.
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
Third-party filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.
Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).
Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI Telecordia Practice BR 000-000-000.
Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.
Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
