Third Party Recipient definition

Third Party Recipient means any third parties authorised to receive the Personal Data from the Recipient.

• All Costs incurred by the Service Provider (other than those already included in any changed Service Fees) in allowing the Service Recipient’s pass-through of any Service to a Third Party Recipient (including the implementation of any new services or protections that are required by the Third Party Provider) shall be borne by the Service Recipient.
