Third Priority Lien definition

Third Priority Lien means any Lien on any Type of Common Collateral securing any Third Priority Obligation.
Third Priority Lien means a Lien granted pursuant to a Security Document to the Collateral Agent upon any property of the Company or any Guarantor to secure Third Priority Lien Obligations.
