Threat Actor Data definition

Threat Actor Data means any malware, spyware, virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other potentially malicious or harmful code or files, URLs, DNS data, network telemetry, commands, processes or techniques, metadata, or other information or data, in each case that is potentially related to unauthorized third parties associated therewith and that: (i) Customer provides to CrowdStrike in connection with this Agreement, or (ii) is collected or discovered during the course of CrowdStrike providing Offerings, excluding any such information or data that identifies Customer or to the extent that it includes Personal Data.
Threat Actor Data means malicious code, commands, techniques, objectives, threat indicators or other information of unauthorized third parties discovered during the course of the Services .
Threat Actor Data means the malicious code, URL’s, malware, commands, techniques, or other information of unauthorized third parties either provided by you to CrowdStrike or collected or discovered during the course of providing the Products and Services and does not identify you.

Threat Actor Data means any malware, spyware, virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other potentially malicious or harmful code or files, URLs, DNS data, network telemetry, commands, processes or techniques, metadata, or other information or data, in each case that is potentially related to unauthorized third parties associated therewith and that (i) you provide to CrowdStrike in connection with this Agreement, or (ii) is collected or discovered during the course of CrowdStrike providing Offerings, excluding any such information or data to the extent that it includes Personal Data for which you are responsible.
Threat Actor Data means any malware, spyware, virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other potentially malicious or harmful code or files, URLs, DNS data, network telemetry, commands, processes or techniques, metadata, or other information or data, in each case that is potentially related to unauthorized third parties associated therewith and that:
Threat Actor Data means any malware, spyware, virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other potentially malicious or harmful code or files, URLs, DNS data, network telemetry, commands, processes or techniques, metadata, or other information or data, in each case that is potentially related to unauthorized third parties associated therewith and that: (i) Subscriber provides to the Contractor in connection with this Agreement, or (ii) is collected or discovered during the course of the Contractor providing Services, excluding any such information or data that identifies Subscriber or to the extent that it includes personal data. The Receiving Party must return all originals of any Confidential Information and destroy any copies it has made on termination or expiration of this Agreement. The disclosure of the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this provision may cause the Disclosing Party irreparable damage for which remedies other than injunctive relief may be inadequate, and each Receiving Party agrees that in the event of a breach of the Receiving Party’s obligations hereunder, the Disclosing Party will be entitled to seek temporary and permanent injunctive relief to enforce the provisions of this Agreement without the necessity of proving actual damages. However, this provision does not diminish or alter any right to claim and recover damages. This Agreement is not Confidential Information. All its terms and conditions, including pricing and any attachments, represent public information.

Related to Threat Actor Data

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Waste Materials means any Contamination-causing solid, semi-solid, or liquid material discarded, buried, or otherwise present on the Property, and may include sludge, slag, or solid waste materials such as empty containers and demolition debris or materials containing asbestos, lead-based paint, or petroleum or other contaminants.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Waste Material means (1) any “hazardous substance” under Section 101(14) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(14); (2) any pollutant or contaminant under Section 101(33) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(33); (3) any “solid waste” under Section 1004(27) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6903(27); and (4) any “hazardous substance” under Wis. Stat. § 292.01.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Byproduct material means any radioactive material (except Special Nuclear Material) yielded in, or made radioactive by, exposure to the radiation incident to the process of producing or utilizing Special Nuclear Material.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Recovered materials means metal, paper, glass, plastic, textile, or rubber materials that have known recycling potential, can be feasibly recycled, and have been diverted and source separated or have been removed from the solid waste stream for sale, use, or reuse as raw materials, whether or not the materials require subsequent processing or separation from each other, but does not include materials destined for any use that constitutes disposal. Recovered materials as described above are not solid waste.
