Government End User means an agency or instrumentality of the U.S. Federal Government.

More Definitions of Government End User

Government End User is defined at Section 772.1 of the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”; 15 CFR part 730 et seq.), which may be updated from time-to-time. This includes any foreign central, regional or local government department, agency, or other entity performing governmental functions; including governmental research institutions, governmental corporations or their separate business units which are engaged in the manufacture or distribution of items or services controlled on the Wassenaar Munitions List, and international governmental organizations. Hardware: means the physical components of equipment delivered to an End User as part of the Products and/or Services that Arqit makes available to End Users and that are listed on the Global Price List.

With respect to end-users that are of any other government, similar conditions are likewise agreed upon between the parties, to the effect that Licensee hereby acknowledges that the Software constitutes a pre-existing commercial product developed at private expense and provided to Licensee only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that Licensee has no rights not explicitly granted by PDC under this Agreement.

  • Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.
