STATE shall release PURCHASER’s bond upon the later of: (a) 180 days after final acceptance of completed Timber harvesting Operations or (b) 180 days after STATE’s acceptance of all Project Work required under Section 2610, “Project Work.” “Acceptance” under (a) or (b) shall not be provided until STATE has inspected and approved the work and PURCHASER has provided satisfactory evidence of PURCHASER’s compliance with all other terms and conditions of the Contract.
