Time of Expiry definition

Time of Expiry means the time of expiry of certain rights with respect to the conversion of Debentures under Article 6 which is to be set forth for each series of Debentures which by their terms are to be convertible;

Time of Expiry means 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the Expiry Date;

Time of Expiry means 5:00 p.m. (Edmonton time) on the Expiry Date;

Examples of Time of Expiry in a sentence

• After the Time of Expiry, all rights under any Warrant or this Indenture in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase herein and therein provided for shall not theretofore have been exercised shall wholly cease and terminate and such Warrant shall be void and of no effect.
