Time to Resolution definition

Time to Resolution means the total time that elapses between a Ticket being properly submitted and an Acceptable Permanent Solution being delivered.
Time to Resolution or “TTR” is the amount of time measured from the point in time a Security Alert is assigned to a Critical Start SOC analyst and ends when the analyst (i) responds to the Security Alert, (ii) resolves the Security Alert, or (iii) escalates the Security Alert to the Customer for investigation. TTR includes the time measured under TTD.
Time to Resolution means the time between the delivery of a temporary solution and the delivery of a permanent solution.

Time to Resolution means the time that elapses between the First Response and the successful implementation of a Resolution by the Licensor.

  • Special Resolution means a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast on that resolution.
