Timeout Period definition

Timeout Period means removing the child from the situ- ation in a non−humiliating manner and placing the child in a des- ignated location in order to interrupt the child’s unacceptable behavior.

  • Run-out Period means a period after the close of a Plan Year or other period during which Participants in a flexible spending arrangement (FSA) may request reimbursement for expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage.
