Cloud Product definition

Cloud Product means any software executed on equipment owned or controlled by Cytiva or its Affiliates, access to which is provided over the internet as a software service.
Cloud Product means the cloud version of the Product; "Commencement Date" means the date as set out in the Order Form;
Cloud Product means Licensed Software that does not require installation on the Licensee’s servers for proper use but is operated on the systems of Phoenix Contact or third parties commissioned by it and which is accessed by the User by remote data transmission (internet, VPN, etc.).

More Definitions of Cloud Product

Cloud Product means the cloud-hosted version of the XX.XXXX Product;
Cloud Product means the software-, platform-, infrastructure- or other “as a service” solution for which access is provided to the Licensee by the Licensor under the EULA.
Cloud Product means Intel hosted and managed platforms, including any associated plug-ins and excluding Hardware and Software.
Cloud Product means together, (i) the computer software in object code form, owned, distributed or Cloud by eGain; (ii) the user guides and manuals for use of the software and related services ("Documentation") as licensed by Customer for which Customer has ordered and paid, for the relevant time period; (iii) and any updates thereto (generally available Cloud Product maintenance releases, such as error fixes and/or enhancements, provided by eGain in connection with Cloud Customer Support, not including any new products, features, or enhancements in which eGain generally charges a separate fee).
Cloud Product means subscriptions to the Product that are designated on the applicable Sales Order as “Cloud” products and not as “Customer Hosted.”
Cloud Product means our hosted or cloud-based solution, including any software we provide as part of the Cloud Product.
Cloud Product means the subscription-based license, platform, infrastructure or other “as-a-service” solution for which access is provided to Customer by AVEVA pursuant to a Transaction Document.
