Timeshare Loan Servicing Files means with respect to each Timeshare Loan and each Obligor, the portion of the Timeshare Loan Files necessary for the Servicer to service such Timeshare Loan including but not limited to (i) the original truth-in-lending disclosure statement executed by such Obligor, as applicable, (ii) all writings pursuant to which such Timeshare Loan arises or which evidences such Timeshare Loan and not delivered to the Custodian, (iii) all papers and computerized records customarily maintained by the Servicer in servicing timeshare loans comparable to the Timeshare Loans in accordance with the Servicing Standard and (iv) each Timeshare Program Consumer Document and Timeshare Program Governing Document, if applicable, related to the applicable Timeshare Property.
