Timeshift Channel definition

Timeshift Channel means a channel that in Sky’s reasonable opinion is a timeshift of another channel already listed in the Sky EPG and includes, but is not limited to, a channel where: (i) its broadcast schedule is predominantly the same as another channel broadcasting on the Sky platform, offset by a set amount of time; or (ii) its broadcast schedule between the broadcast hours of 7:00pm and 12:00am (between 3:00pm and 6:00pm for channels listed in the Kids genre) is predominantly the same as another channel broadcasting on the Sky platform, offset by a set amount of time. Where a channel has a Timeshift variant, the “Principal Channel” is the non- Timeshift variant – to the extent that there is any doubt, the Principal Channel is the channel that is scheduled earlier. Timeshift Channels do not include channels that have been allocated to the Adult genre.

Rules applicable to all services The assessment of the appropriate genre or sub-genre, in light of the criteria set out below, is ultimately a matter for Sky.

  • Where a Principal Channel in the Entertainment or Documentaries genre is listed within the number range 101-199, its Timeshift channel will be listed within the number range 201-299 (“Timeshift Channel Number Range”) and the channel number of the Timeshift Channel will correspond directly to the channel number of the Principal Channel.

  • A Timeshift Channel allocated to the Movies genre would be listed in the All Channels, Movies and +1 sections.

  • Where a Timeshift Channel listed in the Timeshift Channel Number Range evolves into or is substituted by a new Timeshift Channel, the new Timeshift Channel will be reallocated a new channel number in accordance with the channel number allocation process set out in sections 3.1 or 3.4 (as appropriate).For the avoidance of doubt, the above rules do not apply to any request for Timeshift Channels to swap channel numbers within the overspill section for channels in the Entertainment and Documentaries genres.

  • Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets.   • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Bidder/Channel Partner means an eligible entity/firm submitting the Bid in response to this RFP.

  • Cannabis wholesaler means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains, stores, sells or otherwise transfers, and may transport, cannabis items for the purpose of resale or other transfer to either another cannabis wholesaler or to a cannabis retailer, but not to consumers.

  • GM means genetically modified.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating pharmacy, that provides centralized prescription drug order filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Television Channel means Zee Group Channel, which has been granted permission for downlinking by the Central Government under the policy guidelines issued or amended by it from time to time and reference to the term ‘channel’ shall be construed as a reference to “television channel”

A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.
