Title Insurance Proceeds. As defined in Section 5.1.
Title Insurance Proceeds means all amounts and proceeds (including instruments) in respect of the proceeds of the Title Policy.
Title Insurance Proceeds means all proceeds received in connection with a Title Defect by the Company under the title insurance policy for the Project required to be delivered under the Bond Purchase Agreement.
