Title Policy Endorsement definition

Title Policy Endorsement means a pro forma of an endorsement to the Title Policy containing
Title Policy Endorsement. With respect to each Proposed Project added as a Project pursuant to Section 2.5 and located in the State of Florida, that certain policy endorsement issued by the Title Insurance Company in favor of Agent with respect to the Title Policy pursuant to a Commitment to Endorse, and providing coverage for the Proposed Project equivalent to that contained in the Title Policy.
Title Policy Endorsement means an endorsement to the Title Policy, in form and content acceptable to the Lender, to be delivered to the Lender pursuant to the terms of this Loan Agreement.

Title Policy Endorsement means an endorsement to the Title Policy to be delivered to Lender in connection with the pledge of Additional Lots or Additional Units as part of the Borrowing Base Collateral, which endorsement shall be in substantially the form of EXHIBIT D to the Title Procedures Agreement.
