Titling Trust Trustee Fees means the fees payable to the Titling Trust Trustees pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
Titling Trust Trustee Fees means the fees payable to the Titling Trust Trustees pursuant to the Trust Agreement. “Treasury Regulations” means any regulations promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service interpreting the provisions of the Code. “Transaction Information” means any information provided to any nationally recognized statistical rating organization providing a rating or proposing to provide a rating to, or monitoring an existing rating of, the Conduit Lender’s commercial paper, in each case, to the extent related to providing or proposing to provide such rating or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with any GWG Party or the Collateral. “Trust Agreement” means the Trust Agreement of the GWG DLP Trust II dated as of the Closing Date among Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee, Xxxxx Fargo Delaware Trust Company, as Delaware trustee, and the Borrower and United Lending SPV, LLC, as certificateholder, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. “Trust Certificate” means a trust certificate evidencing undivided beneficial ownership of an interest in the assets of the Titling Trust. “Twelve-Month Cushion” means, at any time, the amount of the Projected Expenditures for the next succeeding twelve (12)

Related to Titling Trust Trustee Fees

  • Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in June of each year, commencing in 2017.

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Indenture Trustee Fee means a fee that is separately agreed to between the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee.

  • Titling Trust means GE TF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust.

  • Titling Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 26, 1998, among NILT Trust, as the Grantor and the UTI Beneficiary, the Servicer, the Delaware Trustee, the Titling Trustee and the Trust Agent.

  • U.S. Trustee Fees means fees arising under 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6) and, to the extent applicable, accrued interest thereon arising under 31 U.S.C. § 3717.

  • Trustee Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth of the Trustee Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Stated Principal Balance with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Indenture Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including all Collateral Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the property and rights assigned to the Trust pursuant to Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Trust Accounts and all other property of the Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Trust pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Note A-4 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-4 PSA.

  • Owner Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee under this Agreement, and any successor Owner Trustee hereunder.

  • Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.

  • First trust means a trust over which an authorized fiduciary may exercise the decanting power.

  • Depositor means Advisors Asset Management, Inc. and its successors in interest, or any successor depositor appointed as hereinafter provided."

  • Note A-1 Trustee means the trustee under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • SUBI Trust Agreement means the Vehicle Trust Agreement as supplemented by that certain supplement, dated as of September 23, 2010, among the parties to the Vehicle Trust Agreement, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Escrow Trustee means the bank or trust company designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award as the initial escrow agent with respect to the Refunded Bonds under the Escrow Agreement and until a successor Escrow Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement and, thereafter, "Escrow Trustee" shall mean the successor Escrow Trustee.

  • Property Trustee Account has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(c).
