TNG Chip definition

TNG Chip means the chip containing the TNG Facility with the Automatic Reload Function embedded in the Auto-Reload Card.
TNG Chip means the chip containing the TNG Facility with the Auto Reload Function embedded in the Combi Card and/or Zing Card.

  • The Cardmember shall not sell, damage or tamper with the Zing Card or the TNG Chip.

  • TNGSB will automatically reload onto the TNG Chip in the Zing Card with the Auto Reload Value when the stored monetary value in the electronic purse falls below the Preset Threshold.

  • Cardholders shall assume the risk and remain fully liable for all transactions occurring or incurred on the TNG Chip of the Combi Card and/or the Zing Card and the Principal Cardholder shall be liable for all Auto Reload Functions effected and debited to his relevant credit card account prior to the proper report having been made to CIMB and for the 24-hour period after CIMB has acknowledged receipt of the proper report.

  • Save where otherwise expressly provided in these terms and conditions, TNGSB shall be solely and exclusively liable to the Cardholders for the stored monetary value contained in the TNG Chip and Cardholders shall not hold CIMB responsible for the same.

  • TNGSB will automatically reload the predetermined amount to the TNG Chip in the Zing Card with the Auto Reload Value when the stored monetary value in the electronic purse reaches the Preset Threshold.

  • The Cardholder shall not sell damage or tamper the Zing Card or the TNG Chip.

Related to TNG Chip

  • Chip means an integrated circuit embedded in the Card.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) is an optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC-1/STS-1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Framework Suppliers means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Framework Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Framework Agreement as part of this Framework;

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • Integrated Development Plan means a plan formulated and approved as envisaged in Section 25 of the Municipal Systems Act 2000, as amended.

  • EPG means electronic program guide maintained by a DPO on its Digital Distribution Platform which lists the television channels and programs, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced electronic guide that allows Subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programs.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.
