Token Trading Platform definition

Token Trading Platform means, individually and collectively as the case may be, each public trading platform where the Tokens are listed for sale, if any.

  • However, there is no guarantee that a Token Trading Platform will be available in the near future or, the extent any Token Trading Platform actually becomes available, that the Company will be successful in being able to list its Tokens for sale/resale on such Token Trading Platform.
