Total Fee definition

Total Fee means total fee as defined in regulation 4 ; and
Total Fee means the total amount payable to the Consultant for the provision of the Services as set out in Appendix A; and
Total Fee means the total compensation payable to the Consultant under the provisions of subdivisions (1), (2), (3) and (4) of this Section. The Total Fee shall be a negotiated lump sum and shall include any and all costs for subconsultants, telephone, postage, travel, meals, expressly provided in the Agreement, all of the services required to be provided by the Consultant hereunder shall be deemed to be covered by the Total Fee and the Consultant shall not be entitled to extra compensation or reimbursement of its expenses in providing the same.

Examples of Total Fee in a sentence

  • The Total Fee includes investment management and administrative fees associated with investments in underlying funds (“Underlying Fund Fees").

  • The Trustee may compensate other service providers, including sub-advisor(s) who provide investment advisory services to the Trustee, from this Total Fee.

  • These expenses are embedded in the general investment costs and sale proceeds of such underlying funds and are not reflected as part of the Underlying Fund Fees which are included in the Total Fee shown in the table below.

More Definitions of Total Fee

Total Fee means the amount payable under these Terms and Conditions by the Client to FOHES, being the Ticket Price and any handling, processing or delivery fee or postage or courier charges; and
Total Fee means the sum calculated by the formula: Fee x Number of Clients ;
Total Fee means the sum of the Plan Fee and the Insurance Fee, as applicable. The Total Fee is exclusive of applicable taxes and levies.
