Insurance Fee. The renter shall insure the stored precious metals certified against theft, burglary, fire as well as natural hazards. The box holder shall pay an insurance fee of 0.2%. per year calculated from the value of the stored precious metals at the time of invoicing. Any other items than precious metals are not insured.

Insurance Fee. Cottonwood Management, through its wholly-owned insurance company, will provide insurance for the Projects and will receive a risk management fee equal to 10% of the insurance premium. Cottonwood Management will also be entitled to retain any excess of the funded aggregate deductible not used to pay claims. Greentree Risk Management, Inc., a licensed insurance broker affiliated with Cottonwood Management, will receive 20% of the brokerage fee charged with respect to the placement of all insurance policies for the Projects.

For storage more than 180 days but less than or equal 360 days, there is no compensation if Loss Ratio <= 0.5%. For storage more than 360 days, there is no compensation; you may pay insurance fee again but there is no compensation if Loss Ratio <= 1%.

Insurance Fee. A Special Event Coverage Fee of $95.00 is to be paid at the time of deposit. This fee is required by the Diocese of Baton Rouge to extend Liability Coverage to an individual or organization using the Parish facilities for a non-parish sponsored event. This check is to be given to St. Helena Catholic Church Office personnel at the time the Hall Rental is signed. Make check payable to DIOCESE OF BATON ROUGE. The required form is to be completed and returned with the check. In the event the Hall is being rented by an organization which has its own liability insurance, the Diocesan Insurance Liability Coverage may be omitted. However, a Certificate of Proof of the Liability Insurance covering the organization must be provided at the time of the signing of the rental agreement.
Insurance Fee. In connection with group health benefit plan coverage provided by Helpside to Covered Employees pursuant to this Agreement with Client, Client is required to pay the monthly single insurance premium portion of the most limited benefit coverage for all eligible employees.
