TOTAL LABOUR RELATED COSTS definition

TOTAL LABOUR RELATED COSTS has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule C (Charges and Invoicing);
TOTAL LABOUR RELATED COSTS means the costs incurred by BPA in relation to HR employees or individual contractors including salaries and wages, payroll benefits and BPA employee taxes, contractors fees, pension, travel expenses, training, meetings and entertainment, office space and utilities, office expenses supplies and dues, desktop and communication services, relocation and expatriate expenses. Pension costs are only included to the extent that BPA is at the relevant Process Take On Date making contributions to the employees' pension plans.

Related to TOTAL LABOUR RELATED COSTS

  • Related Costs means lodging and, if necessary, physical protection for the Covered Person during or while waiting for Transport to the Nearest Place of Safety. Related Costs will include temporary lodging, if necessary, while a Covered Person is waiting to be transported back to the Host Country, Home Country or other country where the Policyholder that sponsored the Covered Person’s Trip is located. Benefits will not be payable for Related Costs unless We (or Our authorized assistance provider) authorize in writing, or by an authorized electronic or telephonic means, all expenses in advance, and services are rendered by Our assistance provider.

  • Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).

  • Violent criminal activity means any criminal activity that has as one of its elements the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force substantial enough to cause, or be reasonably likely to cause, serious bodily injury or property damage.

  • Associated Costs means, in respect of each Preference Share, an amount (subject to a minimum of zero) equal to its pro rata share (calculated on the basis of the proportion of the aggregate number of Preference Shares outstanding as at the Early Preference Share Valuation Date) as determined by the Calculation Agent of:

  • Industrial Activity means activities subject to NPDES Industrial Permits as defined in 40 CFR, Section 122.26 (b)(14).

  • Illegal Activity means the wilful possession of an illegal drug, dangerous object, or stolen item.

  • Estimated Costs means costs estimated by the Authority as likely to be:

  • criminal activity means any kind of criminal involvement in the commission of the following serious crimes:

  • Fixed Costs means costs which do not vary with consumption or volume produced;

  • Recall campaign means the period of time beginning on the

  • Competing Product or Service means any product or service that is sold in competition with, or is being developed and that will compete with, a product or service developed, manufactured, or sold by Fiserv. For purposes of this Section 5, Competing Products or Services as to you are limited to products and/or services with respect to which you participated in the development, planning, testing, sale, marketing or evaluation on behalf of Fiserv during any part of your employment with Fiserv, or after the termination of your employment, during any part of the 24 months preceding the termination of your employment with Fiserv, or for which you supervised one or more Fiserv employees, units, divisions or departments in doing so.

  • Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.

  • Goods and/or Services means all of the Goods (if any) and all of the Services (if any) specified in the Contract Specifics.

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.
