Total Parking Spaces definition

Total Parking Spaces has the meaning set forth in the Summary of Loan Terms.

  • Total Parking Spaces forty (40) Garage Parking Spaces* ten (10) Surface Parking Spaces thirty (30) *Initial monthly rate of $40.00 per parking space.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary, Tenant shall not assign its rights to Total Parking Spaces or any interest therein, or sublease or otherwise allow the use of all or any part of the parking space to or by any other person, except with Landlord’s and Operator’s prior written consent, which may be granted or withheld by Landlord or Operator in their sole discretion.

  • Additionally, Tenant shall have the right, at any time during the Term of the Lease, to convert four (4) of the Total Parking Spaces, designated as space numbers 83-86 on Exhibit D-l attached hereto, to customer parking spaces Initials ALMADEN FINANCIAL PLAZA (to be paid for by parking validations) and/or reserved parking spaces (at the Monthly Parking Rate for such parking specified below).

  • Tenant’s full allotment of parking spaces, whether as of the date of this Lease or upon possible future adjustment, shall be referred to herein as the “Total Parking Spaces.” Thirty-five (35) of the Total Parking Spaces shall be at no charge during the Term of this Lease and the remainder of the parking spaces shall be at the Monthly Parking Rate specified below for unreserved parking (to the extent such spaces are unreserved).

  • Total Parking Spaces Twelve (12) Garage Parking Spaces * Four (4) Surface Parking Spaces Eight (8) * Initial monthly rate of $40.00 per parking space.

  • In the event of any such reduction in Tenant’s Total Parking Spaces, Landlord shall, at no cost to Landlord, use good faith, commercially reasonable efforts, to locate alterative parking for Tenant’s use.

  • By giving reasonable prior written notice to Landlord, Tenant shall have the right to convert ten (10) of the Total Parking Spaces to reserved parking spaces (as a location reasonably determined by Landlord) at the Monthly Parking Rate for such parking specified below.

  • Landlord agrees, that as of the Commencement Date, six (6) of the Total Parking Spaces, designated as space numbers 77-82 on Exhibit D-l attached hereto, shall be reserved parking spaces (at the Monthly Parking Rate for such parking specified below), and twelve (12) of the Total Parking Spaces, designated as space numbers 64-66 & 68-76 on Exhibit D-l attached hereto, shall be customer parking spaces.

  • Total Parking Spaces Seven (7) Garage Parking Spaces * Two (2) Surface Parking Spaces Five (5) * Initial monthly rate of $40.00 per parking space.

Related to Total Parking Spaces

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portions of the ground floor of the new building and also spaces in the open compound at the ground level of the premises for parking of motor cars, two wheelers and other vehicles permitted by the vendor.

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Rentable Area when applied to the Premises, is that area equal to the usable area of the Premises, plus an equitable allocation of Rentable Area within the Building that is not then utilized or expected to be utilized as usable area, including that portion of the Building devoted to corridors, equipment rooms, restrooms, elevator lobby, atrium and mailroom.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;
