Total Rewards Program definition

Total Rewards Program means the Total Rewards® customer loyalty program as implemented from time to time as described more fully in the Omnibus Agreement.
Total Rewards Program means the Total Rewards® player loyalty program of Parent and its Affiliates.
Total Rewards Program has the meaning assigned to such term in the Property Management Agreement Term Sheet, and, following the Closing, the Property Management Agreements.

  • Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.

  • Service program or “service” means any medical care ambulance service or nontransport service that has received authorization by the department.

  • MIP has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;
