MIP definition

MIP has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.

MIP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) below.

MIP means the Company's Management Incentive Plan providing annual cash bonus awards to participating employees based upon predetermined goals and objectives.

Examples of MIP in a sentence

• The vesting of the outstanding options granted under the ZZ Global Blue Holding Limited MIP (or unallocated options to be granted under such plans) will not accelerate or be exercisable in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and no liabilities are expected to arise as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

• For each fiscal year completed during the Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Executive will be eligible to earn an annual bonus (each, an “Annual Bonus”) under the MIP, or such other successor plan or program as may be in effect from time to time.

• Notwithstanding Section 5.1.1 of Exhibit A, the bonus payable to Employee in respect of the Company’s 2024 fiscal year in accordance with the Company’s 2024 Management Incentive Plan (“MIP”), which shall equal $175,000.00 (the “2024 MIP Bonus”), shall be paid to Employee prior to December 31, 2024, subject to the Employee’s continued employment on such date.

More Definitions of MIP

MIP means the Virtu Financial LLC Management Incentive Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time.
